Cabinets and consoles manufactured by Odyssey Specialty Vehicles, Inc. are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for the life of the original vehicle it was installed in. Odyssey will repair or replace, at our option, any part or component covered by the warranty described below if there is a defect in materials or workmanship within the applicable warranty period. The identity of the original purchaser and the date of purchase shall be established by the completion and return of this Warranty Registration Card.
Odyssey does not authorize any person except for Odyssey authorized representatives to make any modifications on its behalf to modify the terms or limitations of this warranty in any way. The owner is responsible for normal maintenance including occasional lubrication of any slide mechanisms and adjusting any latches where applicable in the event they go out of adjustment.
This warranty is not transferable. Any alterations or modifications to the cabinet not approved in writing by Odyssey will render this warranty void. No other express or implied warranty is applicable to this product.
Exclusions: This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, not covered is:
•Damage incurred in shipment. This is a freight claim you must present to the carrier.
•Repairs or service performed which were not authorized in writing prior to repair.
•Problems arising as a result of additions or accessories not installed or authorized by Odyssey.
•Damage caused by abuse or use not as intended
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service under the Odyssey Limited Warranty, the original purchaser must request, during the applicable warranty period, warranty service from an authorized Odyssey service organization. To locate/identify the nearest authorized service center, the purchaser should contact Odyssey between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday thru Friday (except holidays) at 800-535-9441, 973-328-2667 or fax 973-328-2639 or by e-mail at email@example.com. Please have the original invoice, serial number and date of purchase available when you call. If any correspondence is to be sent please address it to Odyssey Specialty Vehicles, Inc. 317 Richard Mine Rd., Wharton, NJ 07885. IMPORTANT: ALL WARRANTY WORK MUST BE AUTHORIZED/APPROVED BY ODYSSEY IN WRITING OR WITH AN AUTHORIZATION TO REPAIR NUMBER PRIOR TO BEING PERFORMED.
